Roofing Guarantee

Fielders may guarantee the watertightness of a project utilising one of their concealed fix roofing profiles such as

• Kingklip® 700
• HiKlip 630
• Fielders Freeform
• Shadowline® and Shadowline® WA

for a period of up to 20 years when installed by a Fielders Approved Contractor.

The building owner is indemnified against the failure of the product or defective workmanship that results in water ingress. Fielders are able to offer this type of warranty due to our strict quality control guidelines for manufacture and our close relationships with our Approved Contractors ensuring oversight of the installation practices. Additionally we offer 5 years cover for our screw-fixed roofing range.

It must be stressed that the project has to be registered with Fielders, by the project design team, prior to the commencement of the project as a possible Watertight Installation Guarantee.

Follow our Fielders’ Five Point Roofing Plan and we’ll guarantee your Fielders roof won’t leak. If it does, we’ll repair or replace it for free. At Fielders we stand by our product to ensure you finish on top.

What the Guarantee covers

Fielders warrants that the installation of the steel roofing is guaranteed, from the date of commencement of the guarantee, against leakage due solely to poor workmanship by the Fielders Approved Contractors or Fielders product failure. The guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of the Guarantee Specifications. The guarantee will not apply in respect of any defect caused through fair wear and tear, traffic damage, neglect, lack of proper maintenance or any subsequent works being undertaken to the roof.
